Steam Client Beta - August 26th

The Steam Client Beta has been updated with the following changes:
General
- Fixed game downloads not starting if user is subscribed to a controller configuration that is not available anymore
- Disabled rumble when using the 8BitDo Ultimate 2 Wireless Controller connected via the dongle
- Fixed showing the pairing dialog on Linux when the monitor is turned off
